Lisa Copeland is an award-winning entrepreneur, real estate leader, author, speaker, and advocate for women over 50. After building successful careers in automotive, mortgage, and real estate, she founded the Lioness Movement to inspire women to build wealth, embrace reinvention, and step boldly into their most powerful chapter.

She is the author of Lioness Unleashed and a 4X eXp Icon Agent at eXp Realty. The Lioness Real Estate Group was formed six and a half years ago, when HGTV star Tarek El Moussa invited Lisa to eXp Realty to build a team with him. They have had a great relationship and worked together ever since. Today she leads a 900+ Agent real estate organization operating across 29 countries that has closed more than 5 billion in sales over the last six years. At the Ranch at Latitude 31, she brings all of it to you: the negotiation, the contracts, the team, and the fight for your best outcome.

Lisa and her family are proud residents of Belton, Texas. They made the move from Williamson County 5 1/2 years ago, after living there for 35 years. That journey gives Lisa an in-depth, ground-level knowledge of the local marketplace: what it really means to live in Belton, to own a building here, and to run a business on the historic square.

And because she leads large teams across California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Utah, and New York, she also deeply understands where people are coming from when they dream of a slower, warmer, more connected life in Central Texas.
